Christmas card using Free as a Bird!

You can make almost any type of card with the stamp sets you have by changing the sentiment. One of the things I love is combining more than one stamp set to achieve more card ideas. I am sharing a Christmas Card using the Stampin'Up! Free as a Bird which is in our May 2021-May 2022 Annual catalog on page 83.

I shared two all occasion cards on my YouTube channel, RusticBarnCards and this Christmas Card. Let me share the dimensions which will all be in inches.

Card Base: Basic White 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 folded in half.

Poppy Parade: 5-1/4 x 4 to layer on front of card base.

Basic White: 4-1/2 x 2-3/4

Basic White: 4 x 2-1/4 to stamp birds in memento black ink. Use Stampin' Blends to color. I used: Poppy Parade, Daffodil Delight, Shaded Spruce, and Cinnamon Cider.

Poppy Parade 4 x 2-1/4 to layer between the 2 basic white layers as shown.

Pop up the stamped image of the birds using dimensionals on to the Poppy Parade layer.

Poppy Parade 1/2 x 4 for your sentiment. I used Versa Mark to stamp Merry Christmas from the Peaceful Deer Stamp Set but you could use any holiday stamp you own. I added white embossing powder and heat embossed with my heat gun.

I added a bow using the Gold Shimmer ribbon from the annual catalog.

I added 3 Gilded Gems from the May 2021-May 2022 annual catalog.

Leave me a comment if you plan to make this card or you like my card. Thank you for stopping by at Rustic Barn Cards!
